Parental Leave Policy: Relias celebrates new parents by offering time away from work for up to 8 weeks for eligible parents. As soon as you are comfortable sharing that you are expecting, please reach out to HR. Click here to review our Parental Leave Policy.

Adoption Assistance Policy: Relias offers reimbursement up to $5,000 to assist with adoption cost.

Enrollment
You and your covered family members can enroll in voluntary legal assistance during your initial eligibility period (generally when you first start working) or yearly during Open Enrollment.

If you leave the Company or retire, you can continue your enrollment in legal Assistance by selecting portable enrollment within 30 days of your last day of employment.

Using your benefit
There’s no limit to the number of times you can use the plan, and there are no dollar limits when you use a plan attorney for a covered service. If you use an -out-of-network attorney, you can submit a reimbursement to MetLife Legal; however, you’ll be reimbursed according to a fee schedule, and your entire out-of-pocket cost may not be reimbursed. To get in touch with a plan attorney, log in to the MetLife Legal site or contact MetLife Legal. You’ll be provided with contact information for an attorney specializing in your legal need. Then, you can call to make an appointment.

Nurse Line: When you enroll in our Relias’ medical coverage, you can access the 24/7 Nurse Line. Whether you have a chronic condition or are experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, nurses will be available to support you.

Bright Horizons Back Up Child Care: If the office is open, but your daycare is closed, who can you call? Bright Horizons is available up to 20 times per year, for back-up care! Click here for instructions on how to register, and click here (internal site) for the company password.

Dependent Care Flex Spending Account: Each year you have the option to enroll in the Dependent Care FSA, which allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars to cover eligible child care or adult day care expenses.

Fertility Benefits: Support for Fertility services are provided to you through Anthem BCBS

• $25k lifetime limit for IUI and IVF, combined; $25k lifetime limit pharmacy
• This benefit applies to same sex members
• Fertility benefits do not have a restriction as to where they must be rendered (i.e. Centers of Excellence)
• There are no restrictions on single-embryo transfer. Multiple embryo transfer is allowed based on the physicians; medical opinion, but covered only up to the lifetime maximum amount
• Fertility benefits are inclusive. There is no fertility diagnosis requirements or other barriers for LGBTQ+ and single individuals who wish to grow their family
• Cryopreservation is covered in situations for women with medical indications (i.e. cancer, IVF)
• Specialty drug prescriptions must be filled in network through Freedom Fertility
• Coverage for contraceptives and sterilization for both men and women through Express Scripts

Milk Stork: If you are a nursing mother with an infant under the age of six (6) months and are required to travel for business for 3 days or more, Relias will cover your expense of sending milk home via Milk Stork for each 3 days of travel. International travel is excluded.
