To Health With It
Our To Health With It (THWI) program allows you to increase your physical, mental, financial, and emotional health. We release new initiatives each quarter that allow you to earn Health Savings Account (HSA) dollars. You can earn up to $400 annually towards your HSA through the THWI program. All participation must be entered into the Mobile Health Consumer app in order to receive HSA dollars.
Current THWI initiatives can be found in the Mobile Health Consumer app under “Rewards“.

Financial Wellness
Fidelity provides three approaches to assist you in investing amount the fund investment options in our plan.
- Single Fund Strategy: Select a target date fund based on a projected retirement date. The fund will adjust by itself to become more conservative over time.
- Online Planning & Guidance Center: If you prefer to actively manage your account, this may be right for option for you! This easy-to-use website offers objective, professional advice to help you refine your investment strategy. You can get a personalized forecast showing how much your investments may be worth when you retire, and see a step-by-step action plan with specific investment recommendations. You can also fine-tune your strategy by exploring different contribution rates, risk levels, and retirement goals.
- Professional Management: Fidelity Personalized Planning & Advice provides a team of experience investment professionals who can help you reach your retirement goals. This service is fee-based.

Health Advocate
- Independent patient advocacy service; free of charge
- When you reach out, you’re set up with a Personal Health Advocate (typically a registered nurse) and a team of support staff, including benefits and claims specialists and medical directors. They’re all there to work on your behalf to:
- Find the right doctors, dentists, specialists, and other providers
- Schedule health-related appointments
- Arrange tests and treatments
- Answer questions about test results, treatments, and medications
- Resolve coverage denials and required approvals
- Negotiate payments arrangements with providers
- Locate in-home care, adult day care, assisted living, and long-term care

Anthem BCBCS
- Outpatient professional mental health visits have no calendar year maximum.
- In-network is covered up to 100% after the deductible and out-of-network is covered at 60% after the deductible. Once the out-of-pocket maximum is met ($2,500/$5,000 in-network & $5,000/$10,000 out-of-network) claims are processed at 100% of the providers contracted rate or maximum allowed amount.

- Search by plan by choosing your state and plan/network. The National PPO (Blue Card PPO) is the network of doctors for our plan.
- Then, enter your provider’s name, specialty or condition, and zip code.
