With our Delta Dental plan, you and your family can keep your teeth and gums healthy by getting a free check-up four (4) times each year. If you have a dental emergency or need treatment, the plan also pays a portion of those costs.
Looking for your ID Card?
You will receive your ID card in the mail, but you can also download your card via the Delta Dental website, www.deltadentalins.com.
Looking to see if your provider is in the Delta network? Follow the steps below:
- Go to Delta Dental website
- Look for the “Find a Dentist” portal in the right-hand sidebar.
- Under Your Plan, choose Delta Dental PPO or Delta Dental Premier.
- Search by specialty, name, and/or location.
