Tuition Reimbursement: Relias encourages you to develop the skills you need to excel on your job and grow within the company. Through the Tuition Reimbursement Program, Relias contributes to the cost of job-related courses. If you have been at Relias for at least one year*, you are eligible to participate!

Beverages: You’ll find a Coca Cola Freestyle machine and cold brew on tap in the first-floor café. Need a coffee between meetings? We have coffee machines on each floor to keep you going.

Snacks: Grab a snack between meetings or a breakfast yogurt on your way to your desk from our fully stocked snack fridge or snack stash in the café. From healthy nut mixes to string cheese, you’ll be energized and ready to work.

321 Coffee Cafe: Our third floor hosts a 321 Coffee shop with complimentary beverages and pastries for all employees. Open four days a week, the coffee shop is staffed by individuals with intellectual and development disabilities, furthering our mission of supporting inclusivity. 

Good Grub Social Club: Relians love to get together at HQ a few times each month for a catered lunch, happy hour, or sweet treat in the café. Be on the lookout for upcoming events in the Weekly People Update.

Fitness on Demand: Access this streaming service in our first floor Fitness Room or at home on your mobile device via Flex. Email [email protected] to request to join and begin accessing hundreds of premium fitness classes.

Employee Resource Groups: Collaborate with other Relians by joining one of our Employee Resource Groups!

Employee Referral Program: Join in on our Employee Referral Program! Refer a potential employee, cross your fingers they are hired, and after three (3) months of employment, you are paid $2,500. At the time of payout, you both must be in good standing. Executives, Vice Presidents, Recruiters, and hiring managers for the position are not eligible.
